The objective of this study was to identify and comparatively analyze case of best practice in the development and production use of e-government services, on a European and international level, as well as to pinpoint the critical success factors of such efforts.

This OP .Education. project, funded by the Second CSF, consisted of analyzing the requirements, developing and production use of an information system for the Career Offices of the University of Athens.
- Authoring of a Technical Report on the Strategic Plan Study for the Integrated Information System of the Workers' Housing Organisation (OEK)

In the context of this project we conducted a technical assessment of the aforementioned study, pending its acceptance by the Workers' Housing Organisation (OEK). We assessed, from a technical perspective, the methodologies used to compile the study, the requirements collection and analysis deliverables, and the design and technical specifications of the Integrated Information System.
- Desktop Information Systems at the Cypriot Public Administration
